There is a very popular quote that says, "You are a sum of your life experiences."
True enough the experiences that you have mold you, and help create your personal landscape. I can not argue that. However the experiences that impact us financially, emotionally, or physically only exist in that moment. Once that moment has passed, the experience is conquered. The experience becomes dated and it automatically loses power. At that point you have a personal responsibility to live past that instance. We allow experiences to reign over us for an extended duration because we aren't equipped with the proper tools to disassemble them.
The best way to begin to disassemble an experience is to walk through it with confidence. Acknowledge it's existence, and face it head on. Utilize your inner resources to make calculated decisions. After you live through it reassure yourself that you are the victor. Say Yes Today-NOT -Yesterday .
